Product Description

Rotating parts of the spindle motors are rotor (spindle) and platter carrier (hat) with a permanent magnet on itself. Stator core is rigidly tied to the hard drive casing. Before, ball bearings were used, while now, almost exclusively fluid bearings secure rotation of HDD spindle motors.
1. The structure of Spindle
Spindle comprises motor without shell, main spindle, bearings, shell of spindle unit, drive module and cooling devices etc. The rotor of motor incorporate with main spindle by pressure-fit. The main spindle is supporting by bearings frond and behind. The stator is fit in the shell of main spindle unit through cooling coat. There is sensor of testing speed, angle at the back of spindle. The front cone hole and is installed knife.
2. Spindle bearing
Bearings are important components that affect the life and load carrying capacity of the spindle. Performance is extremely important to the functional use of the electro-spindle. At present, the main bearing of the spindle adopts ceramic ball bearing, hydrostatic fluid bearing and active magnetic bearing.
3.Cooling of Electric Spindle
The hosts we provide can be controlled by water cooling, air conditioning, ATC water cooling and ATC air conditioning. These different control principles can make our hosts be used in different applications. The control principles of the products are different, so the applications are also different.
